I have used this Ashwaghanda in conjunction with Rhodiola from Herbosophy for years now, and believe it is the best out of all the brands, and I have tried many! Very effective!

This is a quality Ashwagandha, containing the necessary 5% withanolides. Proven to assist with testosterone levels, and very calming. Speedy delivery. Much appreciated.

Good Quality product. Promptly dispatched from W.A. I have used it for various health conditions. Its definitely helped especially with an enlarged Thyroid. A little on the expensive side with the cost but worth it. Definitely stabilisers the stress hormones. Have also noticed the reduction in the size of the Swollen Thyroid. The increased dosage has made a difference but there are also other components to this management besides the Ashwagandhi X.

After 15 years of ME/CFS and hypersomnia , I have never had any relief even from pharmaceuticals and countless alternative treatments. The effect is subtle but significant and my baseline is definitely more stable and I am significantly more able to withstand stress and feel more relaxed with greater wellbeing. It's not a magic fix but I've always written off treatments in the past that we're not helpful but I will keep taking this as my quality of life is definitely improved.

I've suffered anxiety since the age of 15. Tried everything to deal with this debilitating disorder.
Finally got into herbosophys ashwaghandha and brahmi
ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR QUALITY LIKE NOTHING ELSE I'VE KNOWN.
Tried other brahmi and ashwaghandha but no match
Im living proof this stuff is amazing
Maybe a bit costly but worth EVERY CENT
I'm a customer for life.

I sent for ashwagandha X5 to add to the Lyme protocol we are following.
I added it to my handful of capsules before each meal without even thinking. The next day I was feeling so good and so rested after sleeping right through the night, unusual for me, that I was trying to think what I had taken that had made such a difference - ashwagandha X5. I used to lie awake for hours in the night and this herb has made all the difference.
Our granddaughter found that taking a double dose along with her lyme protocol stopped her herxing (extremely bad muscle spasms) which was a great relief. Words cannot describe the relief of having these fresh herbs available to us. Thank-you Herbosophy

Have been using Ashwaghanda and Rhodiola along with Sib Ginseng to help long term CFS and additional issues associated with cancer.
Last part of the puzzle to rebuild the adrenals and tbh the products we have from Herbosophy are the bees knees - they are doing what we hoped they would do - even under huge amounts of performance stress t work, we are comfortably in charge and not frazzled as we used to be.
