Top product , i use the powder only and mix it with my own ingredients which are also great and help to sweeten it , as only need a heap teaspoon a day and add to water in a shaker .

If you feel down, depressed, anxious, your cortisol levels are high and Ashwaganda, lowers it. I have a teaspoon with a protein drink and it works in minutes!

I have MS and I have have been taking Ashwagandha for
years. It has been a life saver. Without it I am inclined to cry at nothing. It just makes life so much better when you can view the world with a positive outlook.

It's not a cure all, but it sure makes a difference. My Integrated GP tested my saliva cortisol levels and they were high. So he put me on Ashwagandha. It has been good to notice my ability to cope with stress has improved. I'm reacting far better under pressure. My Blood Pressure is improving (as it is stress and cortisol induced high BP). The best bit is that it seems to be improving my stamina in the bedroom. It's not a cure all, but it is nice to see that it really helps.

I take Ashwagandha just prior to going to bed, and as a shift worker, I am getting the best sleep I have had in a long time. I am also having dreams again.
As a added bonus my libido has also increased.
Excellent herb!

This Ashwagandha (Withania) was a lifesaver for me during a recent health issue. Not only was it beneficial to me to control daily stress, but it was also a great overall body tonic that I could feel helping to get me back to my normal self. Have been taking it for a matter of weeks. It does give me more get up and go. My experience thus far however, suggest it is not a super food as some have painted it. At this point I would say it appears a good all round tonic.

I've been reading a lot about Ashwagandha and its health benefits. The one thing that stands out is the number of compliments I receive telling me I'm glowing. The other thing I noticed is my periods aren't as heavy, I'm not as tired and my skin is clearer and yes glowing ;) I bought both the powder and capsules and I'm happy with both. Highly recommended !!

I've used this product for about a month now and I'm really happy with it - like it has an instant calming effect and my sleep quality has improved heaps.
Another thing that i have noticed is that i have been dreaming lots (which means that i am going into deep sleep more).

I was a skeptic. Suffering from low testosterone and low energy levels, I needed a boost. I did some research and ashwagandha came up as a herb that was known for increasing testosterone by up to 20%. In December 2015, I had my T tested which was 8.0 mmol/L. Three months after taking this herb regulalrly, I tested my T again and it was 9.6 mmol/L. A 20% improvement. Apart from that, I have regained much of my energy. It didn't do anything for my libido, but I am happy that I have energy again.

This has been fantastic for sleep. At first I had trouble thinking it kept me more awake but then I stopped taking triphala at night and the problem was solved. This helps quiet my very noisy brain and it's been great.

I started taking Ashwagandha because I was suffering from chronic high stress levels. I was burnt out, exhausted, my thoughts were slow and clouded, I couldn't get a restful nights sleeps and my moods would swing dramatically.
I've been taking Ashwagandha for a few months now, and the difference has been remarkable. Within a few days I noticed a clarity of the mind and I was able to focus and think at normal capacity, my mood swings reduced, and my overall sense of wellbeing increase substantially. While others have reported that it makes them sleepy, for me it's the opposite - Ashwagandha gives me an alertness and so I take it in the mornings and I find it helps me get though the day and provide the concentration that I need at work.
A fabulous natural product that has an almost instant impact on the body in so many positive way. I'm incredibly thankful to my naturopathic friend who recommended it to me.

I purchased the Ashwagandha a few months ago after reading about its wondrous health benefits. I didn't start taking initially because I felt i was already taking a large amount of products and would wait a few months until my supplement need wasn't so high.
Fate would have it, I dislocated my shoulder ( boy that's painful ) and was looking for natural alternatives for pain relief in my pantry when I saw the ashwagandha. I remembered it was wonderful for healing and had strong calming effects so I quickly opened the bottle and tried it.
I have to say I am amazed by this product - it quickly relieves nervous system stress and is very very calming. I felt like, nothing would dampen my day and that everything was fine. My pain was quickly reduced and I slept deeply and undisturbed. In just a week my shoulder has returned to 80% movement and only a little discomfort ( I am using other products to massage into it daily, so its in combination with the ashwaghandha ).
I will continue to use this product daily as it makes a big difference to my day. It balances out my mood swings, evaporates stress and ensures the body receives deep and restorative rest.
A very very remarkable herb.

This stuff is amazing, it really does help me to relax and calm down, and have a really deep sleep. I realized that it makes me feel sleepy so I only take this before bed, not in the day. It just makes you feel a general sense of well being as well. I bought some for my mum who has struggled with insomnia for years and she has found it really helpful as well. Try it, you won't regret it!

'Take one or two servings twice daily. A serving size is two capsules', said the instructions. This I did and could not stay awake, became seriously depressed, my brain was so cloudy i could barely perform regular tasks. After a week stopped taking. Was more energetic, though still depressed. Then I tried emptying one capsule and ingesting the powder as a test. Almost instantly my mind felt anesthetized so I ceased taking the herb Ashwagandha and will never use it again. It took me almost two weeks to feel well again.

Great product. Very soothing and effective for lowering anxiety. I like that it's fresh made by Herbosophy, and is dated too, so I know it hasn't been sitting in the sun on a shelf somewhere for a year before opening!

Since taking the pill form, I have noticed a calming effect on my mind and a definite improvement in what you could call sexual enhancement, and I dont think its all in my mind.I am trying the powder next.
