I use berberine to control type 2 diabetes. All berberine is supposed to work, but this brand works much much better than any other brand I have tried. I take 1 capsule 3 to 4 times a day before eating with excellent results. I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm taking Phellodendron along with Cinnamon, Red Krill oil, Neem capsules to reduce my blood sugar. It took a while but now I've gone a bit low - 4.8. I'm now dropping Metformin in favour of the natural way. I don't know which one or the combination did this but I couldn't be happier.

We have only been using for a few weeks but it has shown to be good for regulating metabolism, which is our main use. but it is great for blood sugar management, weight, lowers Cholesterol, fatty liver, infections and the list goes on. So a great supplement to add to your daily routine. We currently take two tablets a day before meals. I like this product as there are no fillers or any other nasties so you know exactly what you are getting

Taking Berberine for cholesterol reduction (1 capsule per day as per a med study I found on line). Seems to be making a real difference for me (with diet and exercise) - have reduced LDL cholesterol reading by 60%. Can’t say it is just the berberine but the diet and exercise changes have not been particularly large. Important for me as I am intolerant to statins. Obviously each person’s reaction to it differs, but well worth a try.

Found this product very effective. Needed to titrate dose, can give you headaches and diarrhea if you don’t! Started on 533mcg for two weeks, titrating dose up to 1599mcg daily with a combination of ALA 1200mcg. Very effective at controlling blood sugar levels and cravings! Combined with low carb low sugar diet it has a huge impact on fasting blood sugars! Has helped me immensely! Herbosphy has by far the highest purest blend and the service from this company is far superior to many I have dealt with in the past!

I purchased this product to bring my cholesterol and sugar levels down. Cholesterol was 7, sugar 6 and only after 6 weeks of taking 1100 mg/day and adjusting my diet both are down to 5. A few slight side affects but that's just the body getting used to a new product. I found the recommended dose of 1500mg/day was too much for me. If some are wondering if it causes weight loss, well it definitely does. I was 62kg and now I'm 57.5kg after taking it for 3months. Don't want to loose anymore weight though as I am only 150cms. Don't take statins this is much safer :-)

We're just at the beginning of using this product. I tried to get the doctor to prescribe metformin for my father for high cholesterol and pre-diabetic symptoms which she wouldn't do. I eventually discovered Berberine as an alternative. We've had the first blood test back and with diet and berberine supplements Dad's cholesterol was back in normal range and high blood sugar reduced (8 down to 6). Such a quick result - it hard to say just the berberine but obviously helping in the mix of other things we've been doing. So grateful to get such a good quality product in Australia. Thank you. It's taken me a long time to find this product in Australia. This is the best I have used so far. Is working almost immediately, my FBG has dropped from 8.4 to 6.1 in less than a week. I am taking it with Herbosphy's cinnamon as well. I'd rather take these herbs than Metformin

I've had Type 2 Diabetes for around 20 years. Over time the Metformin prescribed to manage my diabetes has increased to the maximum level, My doctor advised I would need to move to daily Insulin injections to continue managing the condition. My doctor is a well meaning type but the injection idea was unacceptable. I decided to look around to find an alternative to injections.
Jorge at Herbosophy suggested Phellodendron. I bought a bottle of 100 caps. I'm pleased to report this product did the trick. My 6 monthly test results revealed my Blood Glucose HBA1C %age had decreased from 8.5 to 7.4. My new doctor is very pleased. I still need Metformin but supplement it with 2 caps of Phellodendron (Berberine) nightly after dinner .. I hope to gradually halve my use of Metformin and eventually drop it altogether.

I've been taking Berberine for fatty liver. It is one of an arsenal of measures I am using to attack fatty liver and insulin resistance. In 5 weeks I have reduced my waist measurement from 42" to 38"

Exceeded expectations

I bought this with the intention of killing bad bacteria in my stomach and sealing T-junctions in my gut. It has helped cut back my incidences of nausea significantly, but more importantly it has helped me see an increase in energy levels which only oregano oil has come close to achieving. I use both each workday and have had an increase in work productivity while using it, so that I've gone up a pay grade during that time. If a $50 bottle of phellodendron can do this, it's well worth it. There is a lot of research on berberine available on pubmed, so this is one herb which is backed up by science. The main drawback is the taste, which is extremely bitter. If you can't stand bitter supplements then maybe get the capsules, but I think this works better as a powder. It seems more effective for me anyhow.

For many decades I've had gastric "issues". This is the first time in ages that anything has improved them. I noticed people like Dr Michael Ruscio and Dr Grace Liu saying that some botanical antimicrobials can help balance gut flora and it seems to be working for me. Check out those sources and make a decision for yourself.

Controlling Blood Sugars very well

My husband has been taking Berberine for several months now. At first there didn't appear to be much change and he was still experiencing higher blood sugar levels than desired. After approx 4-5 months they are steadily coming down and are basically in the high end of the normal range (without prescription meds). His diet I believe is also paramount - and with this combination all seems to be going in the right direction. Wonderful service from Herbosophy as well - orders are shipped very quickly. My husband has a type 2 diabetes and he doesn't want to take any prescription medication. With diet and Berberine, he is feeling much better.
As Roger mentioned this is actually the only company to offer 95 % Berberine in Australia.
