Cordial of Damiana
Soak 1 oz damiana leaves in 1 pint of vodka for
five days. Pour off the liquid, strain and filter
through a coffee filter. Soak remaining
alcohol-drenched leaves in ? pint distilled or
spring water for another five days. Pour off the
liquids, strain and filter as before. Warm water
extracts to 160F and dissolve ? -1 cup of
honey. Combine alcoholic and aqueous
extractions. Age for one month. During the
aging a sediment will form as the liqueur
clarifies. The sediment is harmless but you
may wish to siphon the clear liqueur from it.

Moonlighting Tea
2 parts damiana leaves
1 part chamomile flowers
1 pat lemongrass leaves
1 part wild oats
1 part peppermint leaves
1 part rose hips
? part jasmine flowers
? part sliced fresh organic oranges or
tangerines
1/8 part lavender flowers
Combine and cover with boiling water.
Let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy 1-3

4 parts damiana leaf, 4 parts scullcap herb, 1/2
part lobelia herb, 4 parts passion flower herb, 1

1 part oatstraw
1 part licorice root

Chocolate Love Recipe
1 ounce of Damiana leaves
1/4 cup dried elderberry flowers
1? cups of brandy or vegetable glycerin.
1? cups of spring water
1 cup of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of rose water
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate syrup.
Fill you're double broiler or homemade
version ? water. Simmer the water before
adding brandy, Damiana leaves and dried
elderberry flowers. Warm the honey at the
same time. Once warm, add to the brandy
mixture. Then add 1? cup of boiling spring
water. Let this mixture simmer for three hours.
Using a cheesecloth, strain over large mixing
bowl.
